Martin Luther King’s Legacy Celebrated in Music and Faith
Friday, January 16th at Temple Emanu-El, Haverhill
Temple Emanu-El of Haverhill, in partnership with Calvary Baptist Church will conduct a prayer service and musical tribute to Martin Luther King on Friday, January 16th, at 7:00 PM.
Officiated by members of the Greater Haverhill Clergy Association, joint choirs from Temple Emanu-El, Calvary Baptist and members of the Moishe Kavod House in Boston will celebrate Dr. King’s legacy of diversity and freedom. Musical direction is by Calvary Baptist Music Director Joseph Devoe and Mindy Harris. Service will take place at Temple Emanu-El, 514 Main Street, Haverhill. Service is open to the public.
